2025 was a year of growth and meaningful progress for anyLogistix. Throughout the year, we continued to develop the product, expand our global community, and help organizations worldwide tackle increasingly complex supply chain challenges.
Let’s look back at the highlights of the year as we share what resonated most with our readers and reflect on the achievements that set the stage for what’s next.
In 2025, the anyLogistix team continued to deliver on its promises, actively responding to customer feedback and introducing the most requested features. Over the year, anyLogistix released two major updates: versions 3.4.0 and 3.4.1, each bringing significant functional and usability improvements.
Released in July, anyLogistix 3.4.0 introduced a completely redesigned Welcome page and a long-awaited Last-Mile Optimization experiment. This new experiment addressed one of the most customer-critical areas of logistics, offering powerful new functionality combined with an intuitive UX/UI for a smooth and efficient user experience.
November saw the release of anyLogistix 3.4.1, delivering one of the most significant production simulation updates yet. Users gained the ability to define flexible production lines and changeovers, prioritize backlogs, apply multi-line allocation policies, and configure many other advanced production behaviors.
To help you quickly get familiar with all functionality, we introduced new release videos, published detailed how-to blog posts, and expanded the examples library with projects that can be exported to your workspace in just one click. This approach made it easier than ever to explore new features and start applying them directly to real supply chain projects.
The third edition of the anyLogistix Conference, held in June, brought together supply chain professionals, researchers, and business leaders from around the world.
The anyLogistix Conference 2025 featured 7 unique presentations covering a range of industries and challenges. Attendees explored practical ways to build smarter supply chains and gained inspiration from real-world success stories.
As part of the event, the anyLogistix team shared insights into what’s next for the software, presenting the product roadmap and actively collecting feedback from the user community. This open dialogue once again reinforced the conference’s role as a key platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and future-oriented discussion within the supply chain community.
In 2025, we published several new case studies showcasing applications of anyLogistix across different industries. These demonstrate the software’s power, flexibility, and practical impact when applied to complex supply chain challenges. Let’s take a look at 3 successful projects from 2025 that attracted the most attention from our readers.
Coca-Cola İçecek launched a project to address rising transportation costs and growing complexity. Together with Phoenix Analytics, they built a digital twin of their supply chain in anyLogistix. Through SQL-based automation, teams could quickly generate and run scenarios, supporting a scalable, data-driven supply chain project.

Last year, we also published 15 blog posts covering supply chain methodologies, practical guidance, and product updates. From foundational concepts to hands-on tutorials and feature deep dives, these articles helped readers better understand supply chain challenges and how to solve them with anyLogistix. Let’s check out the top 3 posts that resonated most.
The center of gravity method is a fundamental approach to greenfield supply chain network design. In our educational blog post, we explained how the method works, when it is most effective, and how it can be used to determine optimal facility locations.
We also highlighted how anyLogistix extends classical analysis by incorporating real road networks. Instead of relying on straight-line distances, users can perform greenfield analysis based on realistic transportation routes and costs, making the results far more actionable for real-world decision-making.

Tariff changes and trade wars became a hot topic at the beginning of 2025, putting additional pressure on global supply chains and forcing companies to rethink sourcing, pricing, and network design decisions. In this blog post, we broke down the main types of tariffs, explained how they are calculated, and showed how they directly affect supply chain performance.
What made this article especially valuable was the demonstration of how tariffs can be modeled directly in anyLogistix, not as static values but as dynamic cost components embedded in the supply chain logic.

Customer expectations around delivery speed continued to rise throughout 2025, making last-mile performance a decisive competitive factor for many companies. In this product release blog post, we introduced anyLogistix 3.4.0 and explored how the new last-mile optimization experiment helps address growing customer needs.
We explained how users can model real-world last-mile constraints such as customer time windows, fleet size and composition, vehicle capacities, routing limitations, and service priorities within a single optimization framework in the software.
