This video shows how to perform simulation-based inventory optimization in anyLogistix.

We will consider a supply chain in Britain with three-drug suppliers in Retford, Bury St Edmunds, and Devizes. They supply 100 drugstores, located in the largest cities of England, through the distribution center in Leighton Buzzard and six regional facilities.

Our goal is to deliver the highest end customer service level with minimum inventory investment among the various echelons.
