Inventory Management: Safety Stock Estimation

This video will show you how to perform simulation-based inventory optimization in anyLogistix.
We will consider a supply chain in Britain with three-drug suppliers in Lincoln, Sudbury, and Amesbury. They supply 100 drugstores, located in the largest cities of England, through the distribution center in Milton Keynes and six regional facilities.
Our goal is to deliver maximum end customer service levels with minimum inventory investment among the various echelons.
