Using anyLogistix, the team modeled and compared three network scenarios to assess the impact of adding new bottling plants and distribution centers. The analysis demonstrates how strategic network expansion can improve inventory availability, increase supply reliability, and enhance overall distribution efficiency, helping organizations build more resilient and effective supply chains.
