Customers

A customer is the final destination point of every product shipped from a DC / factory. Use this table to define the customers consuming the products of your supply chain.

On deleting a customer you will also delete its demand.

The customer of the selected record will be highlighted on the map.

A DC may be used as a shadow object for a customer. This will allow the customer to have inventory.

Column Description

Specify the name of the new customer.

It must be a meaningful name since you will refer to it in other anyLogistix tables.

Defines the status of the given customer.

  • Include — include this customer into supply chain configuration.
  • Exclude — exclude this customer from supply chain configuration. If selected, the table record will be grayed out to denote the current inclusion type. The table record stays editable.
